8 heaped talbespoons (125g) of McDonnells Curry Sauce Mix.
4 large chicken breasts (sliced into strips).
2 tablespoons cooking oil.
1 large onion (chopped).
1 large red pepper (chopped).
100ml of cream.
Follow the directions to make 4 servings of McDonnells Curry Sauce.
As the sauce is cooking, head the oil in a wok or frying pan, and stir fry the chicken strips for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the onions and peppers, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Gently stir in the cream and allow the flavours to infuse for 2 minutes.
Serve with rice and naan bread.
