- 4 slices of buttered white bread
- 4 Slices of Kilmeaden cheese
- 1 tsp of Avonmore butter
- Take a slice of bread and butter lightly.
- Add sliced or grated Kilmeaden red cheddar cheese to the buttered bread
- Top with remaining slices of buttered bread and press firmly together.
- Warm a frying pan to a low-medium heat
- Cook until golden brown on each side and the Kilmeaden cheese is melted to your liking.
