Big Als Prime Burger on a Bundys Brioche Bun

A soft Bundy’s Brioche Bun with caramelised onions, Ballymaloe Country Relish, Kilmeaden Cheese, crispy rashers,  lettuce and mayo all layered high on top of a 100% Prime Beef Burger.

Ingredients:

Big Al’s Prime Burger X 1 pack
Bundys Brioche Bun x 1 pack
Onion, sliced and softened
Ballymaloe Country Relish x 1 jar
Kilmeaden Cheese, sliced
Rashers, grilled until crispy
Lettuce
Mayo

Method

1. Prepare all of the the ingredients. Soften the onions in a frying pan over a low heat. Slice the cheese. Grill the rashers.
2. Read instructions on the Big Al’s Prime Burger packaging. Cook for required amount of time.
3. Layer a Bundy’s Brioche Bun with mayo, Ballymaloe Relish, onion, Kilmeaden Cheese, crispy bacon and finally add the pièce de résistance a grilled Big Als Prime Burger.
4. Enjoy!
