Crack your Golden Irish egg into a bowl first.

Place a small frying pan on a medium heat, with one teaspoon of Avonmore butter and one teaspoon of Sussed Rapeseed Oil.

Gently pour the egg onto the heated oil and butter.

Turn the down the heat to low. Cook on a low heat, use a metal spoon to baste the eggs with the hot oil and butter from the edges of the pan.

After a minute or so, when the egg is cooked to your desire, turn off the heat. Remove the egg from the pan with a slotted (fish) slice and drain on some kitchen paper for a few seconds.
