Halloween Cupcakes

Here is a spooky treat, perfect for Halloween!!
Ingredients:
- 200g Butter
- 200g Caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200g Odlums Self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp Coole Swan
Topping:
- 200g/ 7oz orange ready-to-roll coloured fondant icing
- Instant royal icing sugar for dusting
- 55g/ 2oz black ready-to-roll coloured fondant icing
- Black cake writing icing pen
- Green cake writing icing pen
Method:
- Put 24 paper baking cases in a muffin pan
- Put butter, sugar, eggs and flour into a bowl. Using an electric hand whisker beat together. Add Coole Swan gradually until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the cases
- Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180C/ 350F for 15-20mins until well-risen, golden-brown and firm to the touch. Allow to cool on a wire rack
- Knead the orange icing and roll out on a surface dusted with icing sugar. Using a 5.5cm/ 2¼ inch plain round cutter, cut out 12 circles. Place a circle on top of each cupcake
- Decorate pumkin faces with black pen and pumkin stalk with the green pen.
