Ingredients
1 Red Pepper
2 Chicken Breasts
3 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Rosemary Sprigs
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 Lemon
Step by Step
1.Chop the meat into 1 cm squared pieces
2.Remove the core from your pepper and chop the flesh into 1 cm squared pieces
3.Remove the leaves from the rosemary
4.Mix the leaves, chicken pieces and peppers together on a plate with the olive oil, lemon zest and cajun seasoning.
5.Season with salt and pepper
6.Use the rosemary sprig as a skewer and add the pieces of chicken and peppers.
7.Chargrill the meat over a low to medium temperature until it is golden brown on the outsides and cooked through to the center.
8.Serve with a little drizzled olive oil
