Truly Irish is a new brand wholly owned by the pork farmers of
Ireland. It now carries a wonderful set of breakfast meat products
along with cooked ham, whole hams and soon will extend to black and
white puddings, bacon joints and special cuts. With their head
office in Charleville, Co. Cork the group of farmers came together
over ten years ago and have spent a great deal of time and effort
bringing this range of top quality rashers and sausages to the
market. The key fact in relation to Truly Irish products is that
they are 100% produced, processed and packaged here in Ireland,
they carry the Bord Bia Logo and focus very much on traditional
blends and tastes. The pork is produced on farms all over Ireland
and Truly Irish are proud to boast that we have producers in every
county! No matter where the consumer buys the product, they will be
buying locally produced pork and will also be supporting the
industry that employs over 8,000 people here in Ireland.
Truly Irish rashers are blended and cut to ensure that they don't
shrivel away while fried or grilled. The sausages are 82% pork,
which makes them a wonderful meal solution, not only that they are
made to taste exactly like Irish sausages used to taste.
The rashers come in three flavours; Traditional, Maple and
Beechwood while the sausages are produced in Jumbo and standard
sizes. Our sliced ham comes in a re-sealable pack and our whole ham
fillets are sold on or off the bone.
