Rudd's traditional breakfast product range has been widely
acknowledged. As well as achieving internationally renowned Great
Taste Awards in 2005 and 2006, the Associated Craft Butchers of
Ireland's at their recent Sausage and Pudding Competition 2008,
named Rudd's traditional sausages as gold medal winner.
The range includes thick cut dry cure rasher (210g), meaty pork
sausages (400g), traditional black and white pudding and the
innovative Roulade of pudding (240g) are all made to traditional
Irish recipes. Rudd's pudding range is available in two formats: in
traditional chubb (280g) or pre- sliced in a tray for convenience
(240g).
Leading food writers in national media have highlighted Rudd's
thick-cut back rashers, which are dry-cured by hand in the old
traditional style and contain no added water, as great tasting,
premium products, while Rudd's Roulade of black and white pudding
has been singled out in national food columns as a unique and
versatile product.
