David & Wife Sabrina started D&S Gourmet Food in November
2004. They make all of the products by hand using the recipes of
David's Grand Mother hence the name Gran Clarke's which is the name
on their range of breads, cakes and desserts. They also use Modern
Recipes as David has 14 years experience as a Pastry Chef &
Head Chef, working in some of the leading hotels of the world. in
Saint Barthelemy, France,Jersey, Australia and Dublin.
