Being part of 'Love Irish Food' is very important to me as
Ireland has the clean green countryside and has fought so long to
stand on its own feet, it is a shame so many indigenous food
businesses are leaving these shores to be manafactured abroard.We
should nurture and create a seed bed for quality Irish food
production.This in turn will create employment.
Crossogue Preserves was present at the Birmingham Food Fair and
worked alonside the Midland Tourist Board presenting the Irish
culture and food also in the States at the Milwaukee Irish
Feste.
