Coole Swan was created by three individuals with a passion and a
simple aim: to make the world's most delicious tasting cream
liqueur where every single ingredient is the best of the best.
Inspired by the natural beauty of Ireland and the imagery and
lyrical imagination of Ireland's great poet, William Butler Yeats.
Coole Swan is created from the highest quality, all natural,
ingredients, which combined together deliver an exquisite taste
that is seriously delicious.
The blend comprises fresh double cream from Ireland's richest
dairylands in the Lakeland heart of our country, Co. Cavan, which
is combined with the softest, most rounded Single Malt Irish
Whiskey. Also unlike any other Irish Cream Liqueur, real Chocolate
is gently melted into the cream resulting in a smooth,
melt-in-the-mouth experience which is complemented by the rich,
dark, bittersweet cocoa from the Cote d'Ivoire and the delicate
infusions of finest Madagascan bourbon vanilla.
Coole Swan Irish Cream liqueur is wholly natural. It does not
contain any synthetic flavourings or caramel colouring.
One of our key strategies was to create a cool, refreshing liquid
that would hold year round appeal. Coole Swan is perfect when
served simply; chilled in a frozen glass to enjoy its wonderful
complexity of flavour.
Alternatively, the versatility of the liquid and the freshness
of flavours has allowed bar tenders, mixologists and top Chefs to
build us a portfolio of delicious signature cocktails and desserts

Coole Swan, Ireland's first Premium Irish Cream Liqueur has
elevated the Cream Liqueur category by becoming the first ever
Cream Liqueur to be awarded the coveted 'Best of Show Liqueur' in
this year's highly acclaimed World Spirits Competition in San
Francisco. Coole Swan was also bestowed a 'Double Gold' medal for
excellence by the judge's unanimous decision.
