Kinsale Gourmet would like to introduce you to our new range of Restaurant Quality Frozen Ready-Made meals made here in Ireland’s ‘Goumet Capital’ -Kinsale, Co. Cork.
All of our meals are made with 100% local Irish Ingredients and are hand-made by our award winning chefs. Our range consists of 5 different meals in which we are launching three to start – 1) West Cork Seafood Pie 2) Seafood Lasagne 3) Cottage Pie. Our meals are special for a number of reasons but a main point of interest is that we are the first Irish Food Business to incorporate sea vegetables into all of our meals. Dillisk is a Sea-vegetable Superfood that has been a staple in Asian diets for 1000′s of years and we think it’s about time we started making use of this super nutritious sea-vegetable in our daily diets here in Ireland.

We add a little Irish Dillisk Sea Vegetable to all of our meals. Sea Vegetables are one of nature’s greatest health foods – a true Superfood!

Chunky Italian pasta sheets layered with delicious West Cork fresh salmon, haddock, & Dillisk, all smothered in a rich Bolognese sauce, topped with a rich Béchamel sauce and grated Irish cheese.
KINSALE SEAFOOD PIE:
Smoked West Cork Haddock, fresh salmon, & Dillisk, cooked with sautéed vegetables in a cream sauce, topped with a crispy puff pastry shell.
WEST CORK COTTAGE PIE:
Delicious Prime Irish beef with slow cooked braised vegetables & Dillisk, hand topped with creamy Irish mashed potato.
