Ingredients (serves 4) 500ml Cream 1 Vanilla Pod (Deseeded) 3 Leaves Gelatine 150mls Coole Swan 2-3 Punnets Fresh Berries 250ml Water Juice of 1 Lemon 250gr Sugar In a saucepan bring the cream and the vanilla seeds gently to the boil.
